Dirty Projectors, Passion Pit, Dan Deacon hit Hamilton this May
04. March 2010

Alright, I don’t know which indie God is currently blessing Upstate NY, but it’s about time to start praying to him. Each day, more and more sick events are being announced, and this one is a doozy.

So, as if there weren’t already enough options for May 7th (between Drake at Cornell and Yeasayer at Ithaca College), our Eastern neighbors at Hamilton College have recently announced another line-up adding to the fray: Dirty Projectors with Passion Pit and Dan Deacon. Seriously. When’s the last time you had to make a decision this big? Both shows are free, both shows feature three extremely relevant indie acts, and both shows are the same day. Help us, indie God.

More info on this when tickets and times are announced.

hey, so i’ve heard the passion pit show is the 17th now? is that true?

  2. Scott Pollack writes:

    hey sara!

as far as we know it’s still the 17th, but I believe it’s closed to the public now. Huge bummer!

if we find out otherwise, we’ll definitely post something!

  3. Kales writes:

Are the shows at either Cornell or Hamilton open to the public? It’s difficult to find information on either show that would suggest they are…

  4. Scott Pollack writes:

Hey Kales, the show at Ithaca College (Yeasayer) unfortunately is not open to the public.

We’ve had trouble finding info on the Hamilton show as well, but as far as we know, it too is not open to the public :(

best of luck in your endeavors to get in!!! (report back with yr adventures!)
